Spiritual Director, Author, Speaker

Tom Elliott

Tom Elliott is a certified spiritual director and the owner of Deepwardly, LLC. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Saint Meinrad College and a Masters of Divinity from Notre Dame in New Orleans. Tom completed a three-year training program in spiritual direction from the Institute of Priestly Formation at Creighton University. He also received supervision training in spiritual direction from the Sophia Spirituality Center. He is a member of Spiritual Directors International and has been offering spiritual direction and retreats for twenty-five years. In addition to directing and supervising about seventy men and women each month, Tom owns the Deepwardly School of Spiritual Direction, which trains men and women of all faiths in the ministry of spiritual direction. He and his wife, Carmel, also own Cedar Ridge, a retreat center on top of a ridge in central Arkansas. Tom is also the author of the books, "The Intimacy You Desire" and "Becoming Wholehearted".

I took this course of yours but it was difficult without a spiritual director or a group to do it with. I felt alone and distracted many times. I would still like to lead a group in your book but I didn't find it as engaging as actually doing the Retreat. I 'm sorry I couldn't be more positive but I want to be honest with you.
